Though, if you think about it, you could have one bard play The Song of Kaudies, giving a 50% resistance to silence, and sound based spells. Maybe have another bard play The Tale of Curran Strongheart, (Immunity from fear) and the rest play War chant of Sith. That turns out as:
1)50% resistance to shrugg of the effects of spells such as Silence, Shout, Great Shout, Command, or other sound based attacks.
2)Fear effects removed, and immunity from fear.
3)-6 to AC, 30% resistance to crushing, piercing, slashing, and missile, and regerating 6 hp every round
That's pretty balanced.
