so uh should I kill Dyanpaier or not. I am afraid if I don't kill her Edwin would never ever want to team up with me ever again. If I kill her my favorite character Minsc would be gone! Is there anyway I can keep them both? If I keep them both too long they both get cranky and leave my part forever!!!

Depends on if you're powergaming or roleplaying. Powergaming is when you choose the "best" actions to take, the ones that will get you the most gold, most experience, easier wins, etc. Roleplaying is when you make a character and try to play things thinking "what would my character do in a situation like this?"

If you're powergaming, save Dynaheir. Saving D is the only way you'll get to keep Minsc, and he's a good fighter and tank. Plus, his ranger racial enemy is gnoll, so he'll be handy in the Gnoll Fortress. Edwin is a stinky mage early in the game, and by the time you'll need him (Chapter 4 or so), you've already had a few opportunities to pick up some spellcasters.
If you're roleplaying, it depends on your alignment. Killing Dynaheir is evil, and no lawful would let a poor little Invoker stay trapped in a fortress full of gnolls. If you have a lawful or good party, saving Dynaheir would be the right thing to do. Maybe you might departy them afterward, as their quest is over and done, but that's up to you. An evil party would side with Edwin and kill her. However, a lawful evil party might rescue Dynaheir if and only if it was working in some way for there benefit (and some person of law demanded that they did it), while a neutral evil party might rescue or kill Dynaheir if they got money for it.
