If you have HoW it is also worth resting in LDD in the area *outside* Malavon's estate (the one with umber hulks where you find pale justice). The umber hulks give you 4000 XP each and aren't too hard to kill.
Of course, if you don't have HoW, the area is very late in the game and probably not worth it by that time.
