No, I was thinking something like an upgraded version of Anti-Magic Shell that allows the user to cast spells, Wail of the Banshee (members of enemy group must save or die), or something like that.

I was also looking in to creating some bard songs, which required me examining how current bard songs are configured. Of course, I would need to make sure that bards could receive those songs at the appropriate level. Anyway, that should be an interesting project.
