I've been through the game a few times, I'm sure I can find that scrawny, conniving little wretch again.

However, I think there's only one Stoneskin scroll in the main game, and you have to find it, not buy it.

I seem to recall that it's in the Severed Hand somewhere, but I don't know exactly where.
