As well the baby should be on the chief wearwolf of the ship. When it is on the floor however it can be quite difficult to see espicially if it is under many wearwolf corpes. I missed it my first time through but got it the second time.
Hmm! That is interesting about your party turning into wearwolfs I always thought it was part of a story nothing more as well. I wonder what would happen if you didn't kill the wear wolf leader right away. Could you get to terrorize Baulder's Gate at night with your party of wearwolves?
