If you have unpatched unHoWed icewind dale 1, you can get infinite exp by charming johen's sea elf in eastbourne. She can't dimension door out while charmed so you can claim the pearl and exp over and over again. I discovered this accidently by charming her and taking her closer to johen to save leg work.
