I agree it may increase morale. Of course lets hope the females get along and are willing to share.
As far as the party it looks decent. I have the same view as Lord Brass on Druids and bards for this game.
I usually have a bard with parties of 5 or 6, they still take some getting used to as they are for singing, so not having one the first time through is probaly for the best, as you are probaly not going to be thinking of the song he shouldplay next to help the party. Druids are awsome and have saved my hide a number of times in the game. So the Ranger/Druid combo would be the way to go.
