This is a new problem on me. I don't recall ever seeing this problem posted before.

All I can suggest is that you make sure you have HOW patched (either with the v1.41 patch OR by installing Trials of the Luremaster). If that doesn't solve the problem, you may need to back up your saved games, uninstall, and reinstall.
