Go to the Wyrm Tooth Glacier. In the building where you fought the frost salamanders, go to the room with the slaves. If they are still there, talk to the man in the top left corner to get an engeneering manual (if they are gone, it should be laying on the floor.) Go outside and on to the suspension bridge in the lower left corner of the map - this will allow you to repair (and cross the bridge)
Now you can get the badge from Joril Frostbeard (frostgiant) - and don't worry, a lot of people here has had the same problem as you [img]smile.gif[/img]
