I have a party of 4 that just took out the archer tower:
Cleric/Ranger lev 9/9
Fighter lev 11
Mage/Fighter lev 11/9
Thief/Fighter lev 11/9

You should be fine with level 13 characters. Most of mine don't reach that until HOW!
