You know I have not played solo but if I did I would try it with the

Fighter/Mage/Thief

I mean I don't know how some of your guys are going to get to the end of Dragons eye due to all the traps but I guess it is possible with much determination. I guess drink a haste potion and run, anyway it must be challenging and I am not sure I would have patience. I may give it a shot after I finish BGII.
