I'm presuming the bridge tour talking about is in the bottom left hand corner of the screen? If so it can be repaired by getting the engineering manual for it from some guy in the libary of the building in the centre of the screen. I can't give you precise directions to the libary, it is underground though. Maybe someone else can help him out here?
