Go to TeamBG to get the VB6 package, WinBiff, and the Infinity Engine Editor Pro. These programs will let you begin altering and creating either spells or items. Note that this is not easy at first, so just look at items before trying to create them. There should also be links to tutorials about item/spell creation found there. Good luck!
