Are they custom sound sets, or are they the originals from the game? The reason I ask is that most custom sets on the net are set up for the BG series (Mbarda, Mbardb, etc.) If so, then you would just have to rename the files for IWD to recognize them (Mbard01, Mbard02, etc.)
Another thing to watch out for is that each individual voice set has its own folder/directory in the "Sounds" folder, whereas the BG sound sets were all in the same "Sounds" folder together.
Just some ideas off the top of my head
