well anyway...
i found the spell "Contact Other Plane" (finally) and did the necessary call, found out his name (similar to the name of the "crystal shard" huh?) BUT--->
i summoned him again and the same thing happened. Also, AFTER contacting the plane, i expected to identify, or just RIGHT-CLICK on the armor, and see His name but no.

One thing. i was experiencing small crashes right before and after (when saving) probably just memory malfunction, so it may not have registered yet. Q: should his name appear under the description of the armor?

Another thing. Since i was already spoiled about Emmerich being the wolf later on, when does he finally become the wolf? I am just returning from Burial Isle, now, and he is still there, and there is a lot of talk about the wolf around Lonelywood?
