Vaporizing the undead on Burial Isle is only likely to happen with a VERY high level cleric ... like 28th to 30th level!
In Vale of Shadows, you may occassionally *chunk* an undead. Its more likely that a normal level party will only turn some of them (so the undead will flee from your party).
