I looked at a few online sites and the best offer I could find is a $17.99 BG1 & ToSC combo pack at Amazon.com:

If that's more than you are willing to pay, then I suggest making regular trips to Best Buy stores in your area and scouring through their bargain bins for copies of ToSC. Everything in the bargain bins is $9.99, and I remember seeing a copy or two of ToSC at my Best Buy a little while back.
