There are four pieces to the astrolabe.

Piece 1 - northeast corner of level 1

Piece 2 - Kaylessa in the Sheverash tower has one ... you have to fulfill her quest and then kill her to get this piece.

I don't have the locations for Pieces 3 and 4 for sure, but I think one is in the Solonor Tower and the fourth is either in the Correlon tower or level 2 of the hand. Sorry I can't be more precise about these last two.
