Its a while since I played it, but I remember that she has high level magic resistance and is accompanied by some elite yuan-ti and some priests.
I used a hasted fighter to enter the room and lure them out into the corridor, where my mages used fireballs to clear up the allies from a distance and then everyone piled in and hacked her to bits. Had to be careful about the traps in her room though.
