Do you mean the room with a huge circle in the middle that sets off traps?
On the table outside there are symbols on it. It total there are 3 different symbols one for the outside ring, one for the middle ring and one for the inner ring. You have to step on all them symbols on the big circle in the other room starting with the outside ring and working your way in.
I think there is a lever (a hammer) you have to pull in the room with the table after doing this.
