After I finished off chapter 5 in Wrym's Tooth I played through the Heart of Winter add-on after completing that I went back to Wrym's Tooth and went thru the cave in the north-east section of the map, which should start Chapter 6 (I think) and I end up in the world map. If I understand correctly, this cave should have allowed me to enter lower Dorn; but I get the world map instead. What happened
