Yes, sell the yeti fur at the Blacksmith's in Kuldahar. His shop is North and a bit East of the map. It is a good idea to sell a LOT of fur all at one go because the more you take in the lower the price you get for it. If you sell say 20, you get top price for each one. If you go in with 3-4, you get top price for them, but if you then go in later with the other 16 you get less cash per pelt.

Temple is sort of East and centre. If you stand by the path/bridge on East of map, and walk NE you should find it pretty easily. There is a priest standing outside, but you have to go inside for healing.
