Hiya!
Just got the game so I haven't got there yet but I discovered a similar bug in Krezzies cave. If you talk to Talos (think that's his name) with a cleric and tell him that it's just your opinion that undead are vile creatures you will get around 3000 exp. After that you can keep telling him the same thing any number of times, getting the exp each time.
