Lots of people worry about this house. The only way anyone knows to get in is to cheat -- teleport to area AR2109. There's a rumor it's a hook for an add-on pack. There's another claim that it's left over from a quest that had to be dropped.
In any case, the contents are uninteresting. A small amount of gold (60 gp?), a sling +1, and something else equally worthless I can't remember.
