Yes, I found the Snow Maiden's Reaver in the second level of the Temple of the Forgotten God. The only drawback I have found with this weapon are its relative uselessness against cold-based foes; it is only +2, so don't try it against Yxunomei, Poquelin, Belhifet, or iron golems.
