Nevermind, I found him.
Unfortunately, I had already killed him and I lost his badge, perhaps during one of my import/export endeavors which would have made finishing the game impossible, unless there is a good cheat for the badge.
Luckily I saved right before I went into Dorn's deep. I made my party invisible to get through most of the bad stuff, but had to fight on the bridge with the drow because they were too close together to let me pass.
Then I got the badge and exported the guy out to trade it with my current party at the end.
Don't throw away some of those old saves, just in case.
