I remember when Full Plate Mail used to be an godly item.
I remember a time when fighters actually fought, and not mop up after spellcasters.

BG2:SoA

I remember punching a Dragon unconscious.
I remember punching Jon Irenicus unconscious.

BG2:ToB

I remember my solo Cavalier resting in the same room as Demogorgan... in the middle of the battle.
I remember my solo Cavalier gating back to his dark portal during his Improved Abazigal fight to recover before gating back to finish the fight.
