That's quite odd. Sometimes bugs will occur in the game if some creature is supposed to speak to you, but can't--either because your entire party is invisible or out of sight, or because your main character is invisible and the creature is scripted to speak only to the main character. If this had indeed happened, Illasera would not have been able to speak to you--she and her cronies would have walked up, and just stood there, becuase they don't turn Hostile until she finishes the conversation. Fixing this bug usually involves nothing more than a Reload, and making sure you're visible next time.

But you say it's fixed . . . maybe it was the reinstall that did it, maybe not, but if it happens again, let us know. We love scratching our heads over stuff like this.
