Currently there's a Favorite Party thread in SoA forum~~ don't want to repeat the same thing, and so I'd just list my most fun *alignment* party...which is a mixed one:
N: PC half-Elf R/C + Jaheira
G: Mazzy + Iomen
E: Korgan + Edwin
