Eeek. Beware of ToB spoilers on the SoA board. (The S-word, for instance.) Yeah, the board's slow, but there are separate boards for a reason.
Some people don't own or haven't finished ToB and would prefer not to be spoiled.
To answer your first question, (highlight to read) *
If you really wanted Sarevok in your party, you could swap out Anomen, Keldorn, or Cernd for him. I'd recommend Cernd. Nifty things happen for clerics in ToB that don't happen for druids, unfortunately. But you don't have to take Sarevok.*
To answer your second question, (highlight to read) *
When Anomen passed his test, he became Sir Anomen and got +4 WIS. Pass your knighthood test, become a knight. Simple, eh? As for spells, Anomen got a few more spell slots with that WIS increase, and every other level or so he gains more spell slots. Maybe you forgot to assign him more spells, or something level drained him...?*
