Well Imoen isnt really your sister in that aspect. It seems that Bhaals essens didnt change the genes of the child. I mean, how can it be possible to be a full elf? You must then be half-elf and half-god. It all came from the mother. The taint of bhaal comes from another plane of existance. My 2 cents
