Perversely, that isn't as easy as it seems. BG is far more tolerant than IWD when it comes to item creation/changing, but if the effect in question hasn't been developed fully, there is no guarantee that it will ever have the desired effect no matter how you reproduce it.

I can't remember what creatures have natural regeneration (aside from Con 20+) in the game. Trying to recreate their abilities may not be permissable within the programme rules. As far as they extend.
