I read in the rule book that once a character has been smashed to bits
that he can't b raised or resurrected but can b brought back with a WISH spell

How can this b done? I drank potion of insight
I cast the level 9 spell + the genie came but an option to bring back the character wasn't given?

So I am wondering is it another WISH spell?
LIMITED WISH?

Or is this not possible at all?
