I was most disappointed with how things turned out (or, rather, didn't) with Imoen. Throughout the later parts of SoA and all of ToB, I kept expecting some big plot twist involving her Bhaalspawn heritage. My suspicions grew as _one_of_us_ had to give up part of our essence to Sarevok, then as she kept developing weird new powers. In the end - nada! My valleygirl sister just gives it all up. Pretty anti-climactic, if you ask me.
