Wyvern heads are sold to the Temple on the map east of Beregost.

They have no other uses. They are about 500gp after the first. If you are there with more than one the first time, drop all the others or he will take them all for 2500gp instead of just the one. The additinal ones will be 500gp.

Not entirly sure about the prices but you do get a decent sum for them.
