greetings all,
i recently installed ToB and started a new game. i've noticed, particularly in saradush, that certain NPCs are almost always too busy to talk to me. this has become increasingly problematic, as certain NPCs will respond maybe 1 in 10 or 20 times, even when i need to speak to them to advance a quest or some storyline. is there some way to deal with this? i have just been exiting and re-entering rooms, which seems to reset NPC activity. still, i've had to pass certain quests up entirely (e.g. the dispute between the elves and the soldiers in saradush) because i couldn't actually initiate dialogue with anyone.
