I always fight this one in ToB = my party is at higher level, and so I cannot give you effect lower lvl party tactic...but, I reckon you should fight him in the same way you fight the red dragon in SoA. If you can handle the one in SoA, you should be able to do the same...or the same old dragon fighting tactic = keep everyone running from his wingbuff and fire breath attack, lower his magic resistance and dispell his spell/combat protection etc...it'd be much easier for you to dispell his protection now since you have quite a few 7th and 6th lvl spells, and bunch of breaches
