I wonder, can Shadowkeeper edit items? I just download it to see if I can make it so that Angurvadal +5 sets your stregth to 24 instead of 22. Is there a way to do this?
Edit: If so, how?

Another Edit: I just found the item on Item Browser, but not sure what to do.
