I almost agree with you sever...but

I think that the problem is the limitation, not of the designers, but of levels. Quite simply, you run out of decent opponents (keep in mind that according to the 2nd Ed: High Level Campaigns there is about 1 in 1 000 000 20th level anything), and it would get bland. Think of it this way. In BG1 you struggle for survival, in BG2 you really carve a place for yourself, and ToB is your crowning achievement. If it made any sense, I would love to see BG 3: ToB ( ) but I think that it was limited by the AD&D rules. [img]smile.gif[/img]
