That's why I said "Most".
However... elemental damage that is not stopped by M.R. is a small,
small minority. To tell the truth, I gave it a lot of thought when designing my solo no reloads F/M/T (currently in the Underdark, if anyone actually cares) setup - but, as it soon became clear to me, even a measly +1 saves bonus is better than a few more % of elemental resistance - as 100% M.R. covered my tooshie well and good. For crying out loud, even Flame Jet and Magma Ball are stopped by M.R.!
