Looks like you lack in the Heavy Weapons department and most of your characters have dualed/multied "badly" in terms of powerplay....
A good powerplay multi/dual would be Thief 4 /Wizard 27 Giving you heavy wizard powers and barely enuf thief powers to use a bow.
YOU need a level 30 something fighter or paladin to keep on hitting Mel as she regenerates fast.
