Worst one was getting attacked by Mencar Pebblecrusher right out of the dungeon. I went to cast a spell, and stupid me targeted something out of range, so my character walked right next to Mencar and got attacked. I tried to cast a quick Stoneskin, and got turned into a squirrel. I didn't last long after that...
