as far as him remaining sane, Heal permanently removes any infirmity of the mind or body (curing damage -until it is dealt again, healing all insanities, reoving scars, etc), given the proper stimuli he
could go insane again, but it would be a new condition, not likely to have the same effects, unless all stimuli were identical
