I didn't much care for Helm either, but he is the God of Duty (plus, hey, they needed a No Former Gods Allowed plot device [img]smile.gif[/img] ), so when he was assigned a duty from Ao, he followed it. Plus, he'd seen what happened to the other deities when they defied Ao.

Twit may be a good description (or perhaps Divine Hallmonitor), but he acted just like you'd expect the God of Duty to act.
