Get a stack of floppies.Download patch to a computer with the internet. Use Winzip to create a zip containing the patch on a floppy. Create it direct on floppy, dont make one on HDD and move it later. When your floppy is full, it will ask for another and create one zip file across multiple disks.
Move stack of floppies to other computer, and open the .zip.and extract to desktop.
