Try to delete the content of your [PATH]\Baldur's Gate 2\Temp and [PATH]\Baldur's Gate 2\Tempsave folders.
If that does not work, try to delete the content of your [PATH]\Baldur's Gate 2\Cache folder (but do not delete the [PATH]\Baldur's Gate 2\Cache\Data folder!!).
Restart the game, and see if it works.
