I wasn't actually thinking about this -- and i don't consider it a legitimate tactic, too. It's exploiting a race condition (= computer science term). I was, however, thinking of plain, not bugged NPC which gives you Quest XP.

Until you dual, do all quests, but do not talk to the people who gave you them. Now, dual to a Thief. Go on a wild trip to the Umar Hills, Trademeet, Windspear, [ insert big quest with mucho quest XP here ], and garner your rightfully owned XP!
