Yeah I thought they were too! It only seems to be in ToB. In SoA I remember once beheading Firkraag using the Silver Sword, but normally when I get a vorpal hit on a boss in ToB, you get the vorpal animation but the boss remains alive. I'm not sure how Sarevok managed that. Oh well, mustn't grumble!

What weapon were you using?
