I dare say the Axe of Unyielding +5 is better than The Ravager. Its' vorpal ability is no save as well.

Only the Silver Sword allows a save vs death for its' vorpal hits.

As for best weapon? Depends on the class, but my personal favourite has always been the Flail of Ages +5.
